Refund policy

1. Please fill out this returns slip and enclose it with your returns parcel.

2. All items must be in the same condition as when you recieved them.
3. The cost of return will be the senders, and we will be unable to refund original delivery charge.
4. Any returns must be sent no later than 14 days from receipt of goods. Please use a trackable shipping method.
5. When we recieve your returns parcel, we will credit the amount to your card within 7 working days.
If you return a style purchased with a gift voucher, you will receive a new voucher by email.
6. Please note that some local banks may take longer to process refunded payment.
